Building Use
Thank you for your interest in reserving a space at Timberline Middle School
Please note the following times you can request:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Weds: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Sat- Sun: 8:00 am - 9:30 pm
Please email:
1) Proof of Non Profit status,
2) Certificate of Insurance
3) Membership roster with the names & addresses of the attendees with at least 65% living within LWSD district boundaries to: tmsbuilduse@lwsd.org One person for each organization may email to request building use.
Timeline for request: Application for use up to 10 consecutive or non-consecutive days must be completed and submitted not less than 20 school days in advance of the intended use, with the exception of Group VI users, which must make requests 45 days in advance. Requests for use of more than 10 consecutive or non-consecutive days must be submitted at least 3 months in advance. Facility use fees must be prepaid before the application will be given final approval and the facilities actually reserved. Prior to payment, a COI, Proof of Non Profit status, are required.
