Leo graduated from WSU with a Bachelor's degree in history/political science and a Master's degree in teaching. He has been substituting in Lake Washington School District since September. More recently, Leo taught 7th grade LA/SS at Rose Hill Middle School from December 2019 through June 2020 as a long term sub.
 
Leo shared, “I’m excited to be a part of a new building and assist in laying the foundation of a fun, welcoming school culture. Timberline's mission statement includes phrases such as active inquiry, high achievement, and responsible participation, all of these reflect my classrooms values of working with students to become independent learners.”
