Toby Doyle has a Master's in Education and School Counseling from Seattle University. Toby has worked as a counselor for Lake Washington High School for the last four years. He has supported student needs in a multitude of ways such as Operation School Bell and as a Pantry Pack Coordinator. Toby has also worked as an AVID team member and was an adviser for the ACLU club at LWHS.
Toby shared, “I am thrilled to be a part of something new where I can help be a voice in establishing the culture and the experience that students will have. I expect great things and bring life experience and an open mind to our new school, where my philosophy is recognizing potential in every student and working to build relationships within the school and community. I could not be more excited to be part of a team that shares my same vision and enthusiasm for the future of Redmond Ridge. I am passionate about my work and think that it is important in education to continue to cultivate curiosity while fostering diverse and critical thinking to prepare our students for the world they are entering. I love working with kids and I look forward to continuing to help them navigate their challenges while providing them with guidance and hope towards a stronger future.”
