Timberline Middle School students receive national award through National Junior Honor Society

TMS students NJHS award

Timberline Middle School students Nylah Batshoun and Vedika Devarajan have been selected to receive the prestigious National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Outstanding Achievement Award. Selected from among 500 students nationwide, Nylah and Vedika were honored for exemplifying the five pillars of NJHS: scholarship, service, leadership, character and citizenship. Contributions from the 500 award winners range from teaching coding to underserved communities to creating handmade gifts for children battling illness. The NJHS says that these students reflect a deep commitment to making a positive impact.
