You Be the Chemist

A trio from Timberline Middle School has passed the challenge and is being rewarded for it. Elijah Diwakar, Akash Misra and Adithya Parthasarathy have been named the Washington state champions in the 2025 You Be The Chemist Challenge®, a prestigious national STEM competition organized by the Chemical Educational Foundation. The team created a video as part of the contest. They were named the winners, according to the judges, for demonstrating outstanding knowledge, creativity and collaboration throughout the competition.
