Visitors

All visitors to Timberline Middle School must submit to the following procedure:

• All visitors must have a valid reason for admission to the school
• All visitors must request access to the building by using the AiPhone at the main entrance and must provide the following:
  • Name
  • Purpose of visit
  • Person with whom they have an appointment (if applicable)
• All visitors must have a valid ID which includes:
  • Valid Driver's License or State Issued Identification Card
  • Passport or Passport Card
  • Military Identification
  • Debit or Credit Card with Name and Photo
  • Store card with Name and Photo
  • Work ID with Name and Photo
• All visitors must sign the Visitor Sign In Sheet and provide the following information:
  • Date
  • TIme
  • Time In
  • Time Out
  • Car Make, Model and Color
  • License Plate Number
  • Purpose of visit
• All visitors that proceed beyond the front office will be issued a visitor badge that must be worn and visible at all times
• All visitors must return to the front office to check out of the building and surrender their visitor badge
